The task team carried out " The Advanced Project Plan of Resource Recycling to Strengthen Counseling Executive Office to Clean Up the Scrap Tire Recycling Storage Area Within the Jurisdiction and Counseling Auto Repair Industry to Clear the Scrap Tire of Pingtung County in 2018." The implementation period is from June 20th, 2018 to December 31st, 2018. The results of final report are counted until December 5th, 2018 and all tasks has been completed in accordance with the prescribed schedule. A summary of the implementation results of the project is summarized as follows: I. Keep track of the status of scrap tires in the storage areas of each township office per month. The scrap tires loaded and were removed with a total of 105 vehicles times from 24 townships, and of which 61 vehicles times loaded with scrap tires were processed in the treatment plant. A total of 370,080 kg scrap tires were cleared and treated. II. Assist to clean up the scrap tires according to the current status of the storage of the scrap tire storage yard of cleaning team of the township office and the actual needs of the cleaning team. III. Implement the investigation monthly and report the stacking amount of scrap tires, stacking situation survey results and clearing monthly report of each township office. IV. Complete the handling of a promotion briefing session on scrap tire stacking and clearing operation. V. The results of check-ups showed that all township office sprayed pesticide and disinfected according to actual needs. Since this plan actively assists the township office to clear and transport scrap tires in this year, the amount of stacking is usually small, and there is no environmental sanitation problem. The frequency of disinfection with pesticide spray is about once in every 4-5 months, which is also in line with the actual needs of the current situation of stacking. VI. There were no emergency clearance call received from the Environmental Protection Bureau during this year. VII. Counsel auto repair industry to entrust the clearance industry to clear the scrap tires to the treatment industry, and completed 105 investigations. The output amount of scrap tires was about 40,112 kg/month or 481.3 tons/year. The counseling results of 105 auto repair industry were in compliance with the regulations. The scrap tires produced by 95 auto repair industry were recycled by recyclers, 7 recycled by the processing industry, and 3 recycled by the head office.
